To get rid of body odor, we have to bath daily and if possible twice a day. We should give more importance to underarms because bacteria can remain there. It is better to wear clothes, which absorb sweat. We should avoid polyester dress and should wear cotton dresses. To get rid of body odor , we should use good-quality deodorant. It is better to use antiperspirant because it prevents sweat, whereas deodorant did not prevent sweat. Baking soda prevents body odor. If we need to remove bacteria, then we can also use lime. We have to just rub the lime slice in underarms to protect from bacteria. We can wash our clothes in vinegar liquid. It also prevents bacterial growth. The food which we consume may influence bad odor. So we should avoid oily food and food rich in fat. We should drink water to remove toxins from our body. These are the possible ways to get rid of body odor.
