Tips to Overcome Body Odor

Some times a smell emitting from a person standing near you can actually put you off. This is the body odor . In some people, this body stink can be terrible. This odour is due to the perspiration of the body. Sweating or perspiration is actually good for the body but when it encounters the bacteria on the skin, it can actually cause stinking odour. Excess sweating due to humid weather, strenuous activity, or people on a spicy diet too can have and body odour. This can be managed very easily. Bathing two times a day, keeping body parts, that accumulate more sweat, clean, wearing clothes made of cotton or linen that are more absorbent, etc help manage sweat to quite an extent. Deodorants are good way to mask body odour. Drinking plenty of water also helps to curb excessive sweating. There are also supplements available in the market that helps to fight odour from inside.
